Our solution
With our electronic office locker system you offer your employees a safe, reliable and user-friendly storage option. The locker management software gives you as administrator full control over the use of the lockers. As an administrator you can, for example, add new employees, delete them and grant certain rights to specific employees. This can be done in the Cloud via a PC, tablet or smartphone, but also via the central terminal screen in the locker setup.

Our system can link to an Active directory or your access control system. This way your employees can continue to use any current personnel cards.

The lockers can be set to open, release or block themselves after a certain period of time. This prevents the claiming of lockers.

The administrator can easily view the history of locker use. In this way, the administrator can immediately see any abuse of the lockers.

If the lockers are set up for changing users, a locker will automatically be released for a new user if the current user takes his belongings out of the locker.

One or more central terminals (depending on the amount of lockers) will be placed in the locker arrangement. Employees and administrators can open and operate the lockers via this touchscreen.

Lockers can be opened and operated the way you want; badge, tag, (existing) staff card, pin code, RF-ID card, QR code, Barcode, Smartphone or finger scan.

The locker doors can be equipped with an LED indicator, for example green when a locker is free, red when a locker is occupied and blue when a locker is blocked.

As an administrator you can log in to the online platform of the locker system, in which you can manage the lockers or give users certain rights. This can be done on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
