- The space to be furnished must be finished, broom clean, empty and dry
- The temperature in the room to be furnished should be at least 15 degrees and a maximum of 24 degrees
- There must be adequate lighting. In addition, there must be sufficient electrical connection facilities, of 220 volts, within 10 meters of the workplace
- There must be sufficient trash containers for the dirt to be deposited, unless otherwise agreed in advance
- For direct delivery from the factory, temporary storage may be no more than 20 meters to the workplace
- The location of pipes in walls and floors must be clearly marked or indicated
- The site must have the necessary lockable, dry storage areas for materials and tools
- The location must have suitable facility facilities for our employees, including a restroom and canteen
- Existing architectural pedestals for the cabinets to be installed must be level and cleanly smooth finished
- The area in question has been completed constructionally and no personal protection measures are necessary. Safety measures are taken in the form of work boots. Cabinets can only be placed without safety helmet, goggles and gloves
- Any changes to the assembly to be performed can only be indicated by performer or signed in writing by the client
- Sufficient parking must be available on site for loading, unloading and parking at the time of the project. Any fines incurred in the absence of the above shall be borne by the client
- When installing electronic (wired) locker systems, the necessary data and power points must be pre-connected.

- If the above conditions are not met, unless otherwise agreed upon, our staff on site may decide to suspend the work. The financial consequences of this will be borne by the client

In order to keep the prices of our products as low as possible, Olssen has decided to pass on the delivery (transport) costs charged by our suppliers/manufacturers 1:1 to the end customer. This is for both Olssen and the end customer the most transparent and fair way to communicate the delivery costs. It is possible that products that are very similar may have a different delivery rate. This means that these products are produced by different manufacturers.
Delivery charges will not increase or double when multiple quantities of a product are ordered. Delivery charges will always be charged once, regardless of quantities.

For private purchases: You may revoke a purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you other than the carrier) physically received the purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you inform us via a so-called unequivocal statement - a letter by e.g. post, fax or e-mail - that you are revoking the contract.
For business purchases, you must check the product upon receipt. After signing for receipt, no right of withdrawal is possible.
To comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send your revocation notice before the deadline for this has expired. (Note: the revocation regulation only applies to private customers and does not apply to business customers (B2B).
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will receive the refund using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of payment; in any event, we will not charge you for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the products back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to return or hand over the products to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have indicated to us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods to the extent that it was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products manufactured according to customer instructions cannot be returned. So thus concerns all products that are custom made or modified, such as Luvio Designlockers, Smartlockers among others. This exception also applies to all products that are not ordered under a standard size or color, and are therefore specially manufactured at the factory for that reason.
Once we receive the returned item at our return address, we will send you an email confirming this (it is good to allow for a maximum processing time of 10 business days). If you have already paid for your order, it depends on the payment method when the amount will be refunded. If you have not yet paid, then of course the payment obligation expires as soon as we have processed the return. Please note that you cannot return an item if it does not meet the specified conditions. In that case, the payment obligation for your order remains.
