You determine the rules of the game

You can set the locker conditions per event. This way you can adjust the rental rates, but also the duration of the rental period. Do you want to release the lockers automatically after a specified period? This is easy to do! After closing a locker, can a visitor still open the locker within a short time? No problem. Do you opt for fixed start and end times? You set it all up yourself via the online portal or the touchscreen on the locker wall.

Vandal-proof lockers

Our wardrobe lockers are made of extra thick steel and have sturdy locks. This means they can take a beating.

The lockers are available in different sizes. A smaller locker to store two coats (standard), but also larger lockers that can fit bags, backpacks and, for example, a motorcycle helmet.

Book in advance or on site

Visitors can reserve a locker in advance via the website, or on site using a QR code. Payment is arranged directly via online banking or contactless payment (payment terminal on location).

SMART operation

Our smart lockers are very easy to operate for your visitors. Users open the locker via the web app.

The visitor only needs an email address and a telephone with an internet connection to open the locker. They do not have to download anything for this.

Visitors without a smartphone can operate the lockers via a touchscreen on the locker wall.

Payment arranged smartly

Of course, visitors can rent and pay for a locker on site. But visitors can also reserve and pay for a locker in advance, for example when purchasing entrance tickets. Nice and simple, of course, via iDeal or credit card. We arrange it all via your dedicated locker website.

Own locker website

The reservation and payment is made entirely via your own locker website, which you can customize in your own corporate identity. In the online management software, your administrators can easily view and download real-time and historical reports, for instance, about the use of the lockers, stock levels (at locker level) and rental administration.

Olssen offers excellent security, so that your visitors can feel good about storing their personal belongings in your locker system. Of course, we ensure that all data is extremely secure, including end-to-end encryption. We do not store personal data.
