In order to offer its guests a new high-tech service, the AFAS Theatre in Leusden has chosen to have an automated cloakroom installed by Olssen. The electronic customised lockers can be operated by means of a QR code which has been placed decentrally, so that there will be no queues. The customised lockers offer sufficient storage space for coats, bags and other personal belongings which can be safely stored.
Users can open their locker by using the QR code readers that are always near the locker itself. These QR code readers are nicely integrated with the lockers. The locker management software is linked to the current guest reservation system of AFAS via an API.
