KLM, our national pride, has installed smart lockers at multiple locations for its employees, providing convenient temporary storage for office staff, flight crews, and visitors.

With over 2,200 Olssen lockers now in place across eight locations, most of them are equipped with Keynius smart locking systems. These lockers, located primarily in the crew center, are designed specifically for KLM's flight crews. In addition to standard clothing lockers, there are extra-large compartments to accommodate rolling suitcases.

The lockers are operated entirely through the Keynius WebApp, which is designed to match KLM’s branding. No more fumbling with keys or access badges; cabin crew simply scan a QR code to check in. With the smart touchscreen and Keynius App, crew members can quickly access a locker, including pre-reserved ones. The lockers are managed remotely through the locker management system, allowing administrators to track statistics and monitor locker usage with ease.
