The lockers can be accessed using an employee tag, a touchscreen, or a smartphone app, ensuring flexible and available storage for everyone.

These smart lockers provide employees with a secure and efficient way to store their clothing and personal belongings. Lockers are easily accessed through an employee pass via a card reader, a touchscreen, or the smartphone app, offering maximum convenience. Employees can use their existing identification tags, eliminating the need to remember PIN codes, which they already use throughout the facility.

For the drivers, Koninklijke Saan has also optimized the management of company assets, such as vehicle keys. At the start of their shift, drivers retrieve their assigned keys from the lockers and return them at the end of the day. Locker numbers are linked to corresponding parking spaces, ensuring that employees can quickly locate the right vehicle and keys.

User-Friendly Management Software

To simplify locker management, all lockers are connected to a centralized, cloud-based system (Azure). This system handles updates, maintenance, and management, freeing Koninklijke Saan from concerns about server installations.
