Lockers are easily accessed through an employee pass via a card reader, a touchscreen, or the smartphone app, offering maximum convenience. Employees can use their existing identification tags, eliminating the need to remember PIN codes, which they already use throughout the facility.

For the drivers, Koninklijke Saan has also optimized the management of company assets, such as vehicle keys. At the start of their shift, drivers retrieve their assigned keys from the lockers and return them at the end of the day.
