Keynius is a cloud platform. As a cloud solution, the maintenance and updating of the server and software are fully outsourced and guaranteed, and your and your users' data is secured according to the highest standards.
Any kind of use
With Keynius you can easily configure your lockers for any type of use: with permanently assigned or flexible lockers, known or anonymous users, with payment options for e.g. sales or rental of products, and with e.g. inventory management of the products.
Keynius app
With the Keynius smartphone app (Android and iOS), users can easily reserve and operate their lockers, and pay if necessary. Reserving and/or collecting company assets (equipment, clothing, keys) is also very easy with the app.
API links
Using an API data connection with your own (user) management software, you can integrate and easily handle user management. Standard APIs are available for commonly used applications, and custom APIs can be created.
Online management
Administrators have full control over the settings and use of the lockers via the Keynius online platform. It is also easy to arrange matters such as rental administration, asset management and inventory management of locker products.
Reports
Via the online platform you can quickly and easily gain insight into the use of your lockers and you can view and download reports yourself. You can compile reports for historical data or for the current real-time situation. Using an API data connection with your own (user) management software, you can integrate and easily handle user management. Standard APIs are available for commonly used applications, and custom APIs can be created.
Any authentication
You can register and use your lockers in many different ways, for example with RFID (tag), PIN code, FaceID, fingerprint or QR code. You choose whether users can use the terminal in the locker wall, the app, online use or a combination.

Due to its flexible structure, Keynius can be used for any type of locker solution. Whether you only use your locker wall to store personal belongings, or for example to lend and manage expensive equipment, it is easily possible with Keynius.
