Your challenge
Our advanced Ubilock locker system is ideal for placement in changing rooms. Industrial companies, fitness centers or, for example, logistics companies are almost always provided with changing rooms where employees or customers want to store their personal and / or work clothing in a safe manner. In both public changing rooms (fitness) and company changing rooms it is important that the manager (s) have full control over the use and management of the lockers. Without an extensive locker management system, an administrator has no control over the lockers.

Our solution
With an Ubilock locker system in your dressing room, you offer users a safe, reliable and user-friendly storage solution, with full control over the use and management of the lockers. The administrator can manage via the Cloud using a PC, tablet or the lockers. Adding, removing, (temporarily) blocking new users, scheduling cleaning and granting certain rights to specific users are examples of the administrative functions. It is also possible to view the locker history via a central badge (in the locker wall) and to open lockers.

Our system can link to an Active directory or your access control system. This way your employees can continue to use any current personnel cards.

Time setting

The lockers can be set to open, release or block themselves after a certain period of time. This prevents the claiming of lockers.

View history

The administrator can easily view the history of locker use. In this way, the administrator can immediately see any abuse of the lockers.

Automatic release

If the lockers are set up for changing users, a locker will automatically be released for a new user if the current user takes his belongings out of the locker.

Central screen

One or more central terminals (depending on the amount of lockers) will be placed in the locker arrangement. Employees and administrators can open and operate the lockers via this touchscreen.

Authentication options

Lockers can be opened and operated the way you want; badge, tag, (existing) staff card, pin code, RF-ID card, QR code, Barcode, Smartphone or finger scan.

Cloud management

As an administrator you can log in to the online platform of the locker system, in which you can manage the lockers or give users certain rights. This can be done on a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Fixed use

The lockers can also be set for regular users, so that each person has their own personal locker.
